Operational Lead Greater Manchester

Kirsty Macdonald is the Operational Lead for Greater Manchester within the North West Neurosurgery Network. She works at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, supporting the operational delivery of neurosurgical services across the Greater Manchester system.

Kirsty brings extensive operational leadership experience within the NHS and is committed to supporting high-quality neurosurgical services across the North West. Kirsty works with clinical and operational colleagues across the Network to support service delivery, ongoing development projects and collaborative working between partner organisations. In her role, she supports the Network’s priorities and helps ensure patients receive safe, effective and equitable care across the region.
