Mr Vishnudas Achoor

Project, Communications and Engagement Officer

Vishnu Achoor is Project, Communications and Engagement Officer for the North West Neurosurgery Network. He leads the implementation of the Network’s communications and engagement plan, driving strategy development and delivery of the Network’s digital strategy including website, branding, and visual identity to strengthen stakeholder engagement and collaboration across the region. As a core member of the Network Management Office, Vishnu supports informed decision-making through high-quality project governance.

Vishnu began his public sector career at West Northamptonshire Council and has since developed extensive experience in project management, service improvement, and business intelligence across healthcare and corporate environments, including roles at NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit. Vishnu holds an MBA from the University of Northampton and project management qualification from APM, demonstrating expertise in structured project management and delivery of complex programmes.
