Nina Nugent

Network Manager

Nina Nugent is the Network Manager for the North West Neurosurgery Network, leading the strategic coordination and delivery of the Network’s programme of work across the region. Nina has over 17 years’ experience in the NHS and previously served as Programme Lead for the Greater Manchester Diagnostics Network, where she led complex, system-wide initiatives to improve access to services and drive innovation in diagnostics.

Nina began her career as a project manager with the Quality Improvement team at Salford Royal Hospital and has since held senior operational roles across Northern Care Alliance. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in quality improvement, operational leadership, and the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across healthcare systems.
