Lead Data and Business Intelligence Analyst

Alice Vanderwerff is the Lead Data and Business Intelligence Analyst supporting the North West Neurosurgery Network through a commissioned contract with NECS. She leads the development and delivery of the Network’s data and business intelligence function, including performance reporting, dashboard development, and analytical insight to support clinical and strategic decision-making.

Alice works closely with provider trusts, commissioners, and network leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful data is available to inform service improvement, operational planning, and system-wide performance oversight. Her expertise lies in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that supports evidence-based decision-making across the Network.
