Operational Lead Cheshire & Merseyside

Ellis Hayes is Operational Lead for Cheshire & Merseyside within the North West Neurosurgery Network. Ellis works at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, supporting the operational delivery of neurosurgical services across the region. In this role, Ellis works closely with clinical and managerial colleagues to coordinate service improvements, support pathway development, and ensure effective collaboration between partner organisations.

Ellis brings a wealth of NHS operational leadership experience within specialist neuroscience services and plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Network’s strategic priorities across the region. She holds a Master of Health Service Management from Lancaster University and brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, service delivery, and strategic leadership across complex acute services.
